1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Let's Talk Rubbish, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Let's Talk Rubbish provides waste management, rubbish removal, house clearances, and general property maintenance services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services with or without notice to you.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the actual volume or nature of the waste differs significantly from the description provided. We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly upon visual inspection on-site.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous waste, including but not limited to:

• Asbestos
• Chemicals and solvents
• Medical or biological waste
• Unsealed paint cans

Customers must declare any potentially hazardous materials before collection.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Let's Talk Rubbish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
